First Weekend Away!
First test time!
Ellen had a Hockey do last night so we stayed in the van near Belper. We also have friends back from New Zealand at the moment so arranged to meet up in Bakewell. Whilst I hung out at the van I obviously had to test if i could run the Xbox off the inverter easily. Which I can! We probably wont take it away with us, but nice to know! 😅
But after a day we decided it wasn't long enough so decided on an impromptu second night joining the Kiwis just because we could!
Only nearly got the van stuck on boggy ground twice! Thankfully the site owner gave some tips about using reverse gear due to being lower range. Not sure why that had never occured to me before, but useful to remember.
