Day 4/5 - Floor Insulation
Floor insulation is in and secured with expanding foam to fill in the bigger gaps. Also included a floor extension over the step to make it narrower and provide a base for kitchen units in future.
Also tested out the manual metal nibbler on the sliding door ribs ready for one of the windows. Works a treat thankfully so no angle grinding needed, though on bigger holes we may need to get some electric metal shears.
Our Wolfbox G900 rear view and reversing camera/front dash cam has also arrived so that’s on the list to get installed next week (or tomorrow).
We should have the ply down on the floor over the weekend, floor vapour barrier is getting sorted tomorrow whilst it’s chucking down outside.
It’s slowly coming together, the chaos in the back and the garage will be worth it eventually, at least thats what we keep telling ourselves!
