Week 2 - Floor, Wolfbox, Windows

Tom

Got the second side window in and vowed to never do it again, so ... that’s the final side window in. (Edit a year later - I wish I had done the opposite side at this point - T.)

Main bulk of one evening this week was fitting our the Wolfbox rear view/parking security/dash cam thing and wiring that all in. Managed to drop one of the micro fuses and had to do some archeology into the depths of the trim to find it. But we got there in the end!

I'll include a link to Wolfbox on our links page.
The bulk of the solar and electrical arrives tomorrow and the DIY roof rack bits arrived today. So it'll soon be time to start planning how thats going to work.

Oh and there’s now 4 rolls of recycled bottle loft insulation in and still need loads more just for the voids! So much insulation!
On a similar note, we now have a fully insulated and sealed sub floor!

And also just finished in the last half hour; some stunning new glass rear windows thanks to Vanbond.

There's so much light in the back now and it’s getting easier to visualise things a bit better. Jobs for next week involve the start of wall battening and maybe start on the ceiling and solar install. The walls are going to be entertaining with all the weird lines and the wall cavities we want to include.
